Dear Jim,
I visited your property on Sint Maarten in February, 2008. The island has come a long way since I first visited in 1972. It has become a very vibrant place to visit. Both the Dutch and French sides offer lots of great restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. The weather in February, when I visited, was exceptional – perfect. The view from Pelican Key was extraordinary; the beautifully blue water, watching the comings and goings of various cruise ships and visiting yachts from the balcony is spectacular. You can do anything you want in Sint Maarten, or nothing at all. To me, the nothing at all on a beautiful beach or on a balcony looking out at the blue water is all I need for a peaceful vacation. Well, maybe a glass of wine or two….

Dear Jim,
We have always loved our stays in Sint Martin. So hard to choose between the great beaches, gourmet dining, spectacular nightlife, and the best bargains in high end shopping. It is truly instant island addiction!
The best part about Pelican Key is the vicinity to Simpson Bay with its large choice of restaurants, shops, boutiques, casinos and entertainment. There was just something special about Son Risa. It was close to everything yet very private, and it was a place where we could lavish each other with attention. It was wonderful, Jim, truly wonderful. We're looking forward to returning soon.
